The Philippines Bright Future with Renewable Energy: Power 102 Energy Journalism Training

Pampanga Press Club supports the initiatives and projects of Department of Energy Philippines and First Gen Corporation to have future of 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗬 that will empower the next 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗦!

PPC participated in the POWER 102 Training Program last July 10, 2024, at SEDA Hotel in Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Manila. The training session focuses on all aspects of renewable energy (RE) technologies including solar, onshore and offshore wind, geothermal and hydro. It tackles also how different factors affects the cost of energy and how Filipinos can participate in energy conservation. Speakers emphasize the crucial role of the media in conveying factual informations to the public with regards to energy conservation and consumption.
