I always look forward for staycation coz its time for me to relax and just enjoy the hotel facilities and amenities. For our next staycation we choose St Giles Hotel in Makati City for the reason that they have positive reviews online and price wise they are the most affordable in the area.

St Giles Makati Hotel is strategically located in the heart of the business district of Makati City. It’s location is perfect for both business and leisure stay for its just stone away from offices, restaurants, bars, shops and everything you need.
Boost with 512 hotel rooms located at 8th floor to 34th floor, you can enjoy panoramic views of the bustling city.The hotel has a fitness center, pool, restaurant and bar and function rooms that can cater both social and business events and gatherings.
OUR HOTEL ROOM
This is our room during our stay with panoramic view of the city. I usually request for early check in and late checkout and room with a view whenever possible. I’m extremely grateful for they immediately replied and agreed, not all hotels are kind enough to grant such request. From there, I had a hint that they have an excellent service.
The hotel itself is not new but the rooms are well maintained loaded with basic amenities. What I love about the room is that they have a soft bed which make our sleep sound and well rested.
FACILITIES
I enjoyed a quick workout in the Fitness Center, the equipments are basic enough to burn some calories as to do some exercises and routines.
Took a nice swim in their pool while enjoying the panoramic view of the city. What a relaxing sight to be seen.
The hotel is memorable also as my friend surprised me for my birthday during our stay.
FOOD
We had the chance to try their Singaporean dishes. I’ve been to Singapore twice and as a Kapampangan I know how to cook therefore I’m quite picky on food. In all honesty, I love the Nasi Lemak and the Laksa, its the best! The flavors are not too intense so you get the right balance of all spices and ingredients.
If you love Singaporean dishes, you should try Bay Leaf Restaurant at St. Giles Hotel Makati City. I highly recommend it!
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
I don’t expect too much for our stay since its the most affordable hotel in agoda but with great location. I was suprised that they have an excellent service, decent breakfast buffet and well maintained hotel rooms. Bonus, they have a small fitness center and pool perfect for a quick relaxing dip and workout with is what I want especially during my travel to stay fit and healthy.
I’m delighted that I choose St. Giles Hotel Makati for its superb location, delectable food, well maintained hotel room with panoramic view and EXCELLENT SERVICE!
It’s my top choice hotel now whenever I’m in the bustling city of Makati.
