I recently had the pleasure of dining at the 21 All Day Dining Buffet at the Royce Hotel, and I must say it’s a great dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design of the buffet area.The open kitchen added to the excitement, and I loved watching the chefs prepare dishes live.
The variety of food on offer was truly impressive. I was blown away by the range of international dishes, from fresh seafood to sushi, and from Asian to European cuisine. And let’s not forget the salad bar, cold cuts, and cheese platter – all of which were stocked with an impressive array of options perfect for health conscious persons like me.
But what really impressed me was the quality of the food. Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The sushi was particularly noteworthy, with a wide range of options to choose from. And the pasta station was a highlight, with the chefs happy to customize dishes to your liking.
The service was also top-notch. The staff were attentive and efficient, refilling dishes promptly and answering questions about the food with enthusiasm. The chefs were happy to share their expertise and make recommendations, which added to the overall experience.
Some of the standout highlights for me included the fresh seafood station, which offered oysters, squid, prawns and different variety of fish – all of which were cooked to perfection. The sushi bar was also a highlight, with a wide range of options to choose from. And let’s not forget the pasta station, which allowed me to customize my dish to my liking.
If I’m being picky, I would say that the dessert options were a bit limited. But overall, I thought the price was reasonable considering the quality and variety of food on offer. In terms of value, I would definitely recommend this buffet for special occasions or as a treat.
