Nobu Restaurant

The world’s most recognized Japanese restaurant, known for its innovative new-style cuisine, paired with a hip crowd and celebrity following. This restaurant offers Nobu-unique modern Japanese dishes fused with Peruvian influences. The restaurant has a cozy yet elegant look added to the hospitality of the waitstaff that will make your food even more delectable.

During our stay, we partake in Nobu Restaurant’s breakfast buffet, the selection is decent enough to fill your tummy to start the day. You can choose from different stations such as omelette, pancake and french toast, bread and pastries, cereals, fruits and salad. Sausages and bacon are available in the omelette station. It’s an American Style breakfast, nonetheless rice is also available.

Ofcourse I go to the Salad and Fruit stations first to check what they got before checking other stations. I still got good choices for health conscious people like me and i’m perfectly happy about it. 🙂

If you love desserts and pastries, then Nobu Restaurant breakfast buffet is for you as they got numerous items that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth cravings.

Personally I love the french toast, omelette, pancake and the salad and fruits to start the day right with a healthy yet filling breakfast. This is my plate, it’s a right mix of greens, protein and some carbs, the way I like it! 🙂

The restaurant is located in Level 1 Nobu North Tower, Breakfast is served 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM from Mondays to Saturdays and 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM during Sundays, Sunday Brunch is served at 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM. After that delightful breakfast, it’s time to explore the hotel and take some nice photos. Nobu Hotel is picturesque in every corner so you will surely find a nice spot to strike a pose. The pool area is one of those places with the crazy rich asian feels as the hotel building is in gold color.

I got the chance to have a refreshing dip in the City of Dreams pool. If you want to have a nice photo in this area make sure to wake up early in the morning around 6am-8am to avoid the photobombers in the background capturing a nice photo of the pool.
