La Rose Noire Philippines: World Class Pastries and Bread

La Rose Noire was founded in 1991 by Gérard Dubois in Pacific Place, Admiralty, Hong Kong. After 20 years, the 30 seats restaurant and cake shop has grown into a successful businesss from initial selection of 28 items, now has over 500 varieties in its product brochure which are exported in 35 countries all over the world

In 2004, a HACCP/ISO certified factory in Dongguan, South China was opened to meet the growing demand in China and other countries.

La Rose Noire Philippines opened last 2012 in Clark Freeport Zone which is a HACCP certified facility meeting the highest standards in making quality products.

In 2012, La Rose Noire opened its new production center in the Clark Freeport Zone to support its expanding overseas market. La Rose Noire ensures the high standard of their products by intensifying the food and safety quality as they are HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certified.
